We offer staged payment plans tied to construction milestones, with a booking deposit followed by instalments released as each floor is certified. We also work with partner banks for mortgage financing on completed units.
Can I arrange a private site visit before I buy?
Yes. We run site visits any week of the year. A site engineer walks the floor with you while it is still under construction and answers directly for the build, the materials and the schedule.
How is ownership documented and protected?
Every unit is sold with verified title documentation. Payments are staged and held against signed-off construction milestones, so your money tracks real progress on site.
What warranty is provided after handover?
All Deluxe apartments carry a structural warranty backed by our own construction group, along with a defects-liability period covering finishes, plumbing and electrical work after you take possession.
How do I schedule a viewing appointment?
Call our office, send a request through the contact form, or message us on WhatsApp. A client advisor will confirm a time that suits you, including evenings and Saturdays.
Do you handle fit-out and handover coordination?
We do. Our team coordinates final finishes, snagging and key handover, and can introduce you to trusted interior contractors if you want the unit fitted out before you move in.
